Fine Rugs Creation
Website Terms
Effective 9 August 2026. These terms apply to use of this website and to preliminary B2B product, sample and manufacturing enquiries made through it. Final commercial terms are confirmed separately for each project.
Website information
Website content is provided to introduce Fine Rugs Creation, its rug-development capabilities and representative designs. Images, colours and textures can vary by screen, photography, material batch and handmade production characteristics.
Custom development
Sizes, colours, materials, construction, pile, finishing, branding and packaging can be discussed for custom development. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the complete brief and, where appropriate, a physical sample.
Samples and approvals
Physical samples are used to review construction, colour, texture and finishing before bulk production where agreed. Production should begin only after the applicable sample, specification and commercial details are approved by the buyer and Fine Rugs Creation.
MOQ, lead times and capacity
Minimum quantities, sample timing, production timing and capacity depend on construction, material, size, colour mix, order quantity and current production conditions. Any website timing is indicative unless confirmed for a specific project.
Quotations and payment
Prices shown in correspondence or quotations are subject to the scope, specifications, quantity, delivery terms, taxes, duties, currency and validity period stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation. Payment terms are agreed separately.
Handmade variation
Handmade rugs can show normal variation in colour, dimensions, pile, weave, carving and surface character. Acceptable tolerances and any project-specific quality requirements should be agreed before production.
Intellectual property and supplied artwork
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, patterns or other materials they supply can lawfully be used for the requested project. Fine Rugs Creation retains rights in its own website content and original materials except where different rights are agreed in writing.
Final project terms
Purchase orders, proforma invoices, approved specifications, samples and written order confirmations take priority over general website statements for a specific transaction. Contact us before relying on website information for a commercial commitment.
