Selected products can be developed without a fixed MOQ, with eligibility confirmed after brief review. For other projects, timelines, order quantities, production capacity and delivery requirements are confirmed against the approved construction, size, material, finish and programme before production begins.
Quality control and finishing
Quality is managed against the approved development direction through the manufacturing and finishing stages. Depending on the construction, this includes review of dimensions, surface appearance, colour consistency, pile or weave character, edge finishing, cleaning and final presentation before packing.
For export orders, production planning also considers packing and shipment preparation. Project-specific documentation and logistics requirements should be confirmed with the team as part of the order.
